Acacia Hotel is stepping up to offer even better service and excellent buffet to their guests. I have reviewed their buffet before and I thought it was great. But Just recently, under the management of Enderun Colleges and their Executive Chef Raffy Hubilla they are creating a better and bigger buffet for us.

- They have a mobile Salad Bar with Freshly-tossed Caesar Salad
- More Cold Cuts
- Better Carving Station
- More Desserts with a Chocolate Fountain and Crepe Station
Most Importantly, Starting July 11, 2012, Acacia Hotel will offer its sumptuous buffet spread for Php995.00 net per person for breakfast, lunch, and dinner inclusive of one round of Iced Tea or Pandan Juice. Now that is a Steal!
The Highlight of the night! This Huge Grouper Fish (Lapu-Lapu). They fillet the meat, deep fried it into rolls and served it. It was super delicious, perfect presentation and great dips to match. I hope they serve this more often.
Also, the Rib-eye was great as well, it was very tender and juicy! I love it!
