After a wonderful night inside my large room at the Henry Hotel, it is time for my breakfast treat! Breakfast at the Henry Hotel is served at Rica’s Restaurant located at the lobby level. Since the hotel only has 38 rooms, the breakfast is plated. Keeping up with the vibe of the hotel, Rica’s also has this unique-artsy feel to it.
The tables and chairs have different designs, color, height and pattern. They have small booths for a cozier dining experience at the same time, long tables for large groups. The chandeliers were covered in printed fabrics and the floor and ceiling was kept bare to highlight the other designs in the room. Rica’s also has a door going to the pool, they even have a few table for al-fresco dining.
Like I said the breakfast was plated and is complimentary to all (registered) Hotel Guest. You have 4 hearty breakfast options at Rica’s:
- American Breakfast
- European Breakfast
- Filipino Breakfast
- Fitness Breakfast
Of course I went for the one with Rice!
The Tapsilog was good except that the serving was not enough for me… but it was a good start that morning. At least, I still have space for all the food that I will eat during my city tour of Cebu. If there’s one thing missing, they forgot to serve the fruit, but It was partly my fault since It also slipped my mind. If I could give a suggestion, they should have a danggit option for breakfast. 🙂
Breakfast at Rica’s is served from 6:00 AM – 10:30 AM Daily.
