If there is one thing unique about 7 Corners Restaurant is that they always want to give their clients something new to enjoy. This is why 7Seven Corners changes their theme monthly to focus on certain cuisines and be able to serve something new on the menu on a regular basis.
There are mainstays in their buffet like the Indian Station, Japanese and their Amazing Rib-Eye Carving Station but every month, they offer something new. I have tried their Australian Theme, their South America and Recently (2 weeks ago) their Swiss Themed Buffet which goes directly on top of my short list. This month of June, they will go with the Filipino Theme.
What I like about their Swiss Themed Buffet 3 things:
- The Imported Swiss Cheese: Raclette Cheese was served in a heating machine and there was a cheese fondue apart from the traditional assorted cheese platter.
- The Swiss Steak: It was like beef stew with reduced tomato based sauce served with cheese on top. So yummy!
- And the Desserts! Swiss =

The rib-eye was still perfect as always. The hotel makes their own steak! They buy the meat and they season/age them in-house!

Like I said, this month’s theme is Filipino… I wonder what’s in store for the coming months… My Wish, (I am not sure if they have done this already) but I would love to experience an authentic all-American comfort food like Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Deep Dish Pizza, BBQ Baby Back Ribs, Macaroni and Cheese and of course Giant Burgers and Sausages! Sound’s good right? Now, let us wish together! 🙂
